Bhubaneswar: The Depression over south Chhattisgarh and adjoining southeast Madhya Pradesh weakened into a well marked low pressure area today and lies over southeast Madhya Pradesh and neighbourhood. It is likely to move nearly northwestwards across Madhya Pradesh during the next 48 hours.
Under its influence, heavy rainfall at isolated places is likely over Odisha today and tomorrow, informed the India Meteorological Department (IMD) on Monday.
