Deputy CMs Pravati Parida, KV Singh Deo Celebrate Raksha Bandhan With Special Bond

Bhubaneswar: In a heartwarming gesture, Deputy Chief Minister Pravati Parida celebrated Raksha Bandhan by tying a rakhi on the wrist of her senior Cabinet colleague, Deputy Chief Minister KV Singh Deo. The special moment was shared on social media, with Singh Deo posting photos of the occasion.

Singh Deo expressed his joy, saying it was an extremely joyful experience for him to receive the rakhi from Parida.

“On the auspicious occasion of Raksha Bandhan today, the Honourable Deputy Chief Minister, Mrs. Pravati Parida, tied a Rakhi on my wrist and took my blessings, which was an extremely joyful experience for me,” Singh Deo posted on ‘X’.

Parida also took to social media to share the moment, stating that she received Singh Deo’s blessings on the auspicious occasion of Rakhi Purnima.

She wrote, “On the auspicious occasion of Rakhi Purnima, I tied a Rakhi to the honourable Deputy Chief Minister and a constant source of brotherly respect and inspiration in the field of public service, Shri KV Singh Deo received his blessings”.

The gesture indicates the strong bond and camaraderie between the two Deputy Chief Ministers, showcasing the spirit of Raksha Bandhan beyond familial ties.
