Bhubaneswar: Dilip Routray, a 1990-batch OAS officer and 2011-batch IAS who has been serving as the OSD of the Odisha Chief Minister will now be the full-time Director of Odia Language, Literature and Culture Department.
In addition, Routray will also hold the post of Director in the newly formed directorate for Odia Diaspora named Odisha Parivar.
He has been replaced by Ayush Director Kalyan Kumar Rath on Monday night.
Routray has completed almost 10 years in the Chief Secretary’s office working with six Chief Secretaries in a row, which is a record of sorts in the annals of the Odisha government.
