Bhubaneswar: While weather is likely to remain dry over Odisha for the next five days, cold wave is likely to prevail in some parts of the State from Friday to Monday.
The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a yellow alert for isolated cold wave in these districts.
The Meteorological Centre, Bhubaneswar has issued a yellow warning for the districts of Bolangir, Sonepur, Bargarh, Jharsuguda, Sundargarh, and Keonjhar indicating likely isolated cold wave from 8.30 AM of Friday to 8.30 AM of Saturday.
Similarly, a yellow warning has been issued for the districts of Kalahandi, Bolangir, Sonepur, Bargarh, Sambalpur, Angul, Jharsuguda, Deogarh, Sundargarh and Keonjhar indicating isolated cold wave from 8.30 AM of Saturday to 8.30 AM of Monday.
