Bhubaneswar: The East Coast Railway (ECoR) will carry out Pre-Non Interlocking (Pre-NI) and Non Interlocking (NI) works at Rahama, Badabandha, and Paradeep stations in the Khurda Road Division. The initiative aims to enhance safety, improve operational efficiency, and increase train handling capacity.
The works are part of commissioning the Auto-Signalling system between Rahama and Paradeep sections and include provision of an additional loop line at Badabandha station. To ensure smooth execution, the following trains will be cancelled from August 16 to 20, 2025:
- Train No. 68435/68436 Cuttack–Paradeep–Cuttack MEMU passenger
- Train No. 58405/58406 Cuttack–Paradeep–Cuttack passenger
Both trains will be cancelled in both directions during this period.
Passengers are advised to take note of these changes and plan their travel accordingly.
