Editors Of Various News Organisations Call On CM Majhi, Hail Pro-People Budget

Bhubaneswar: Editors of various weekly, fortnightly and monthly newspapers today met Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi and congratulated him for presenting a pro-people budget in the Chief Minister’s office in the Assembly today.

They discussed with the Chief Minister on various issues of journalists and news organisations including advertisements to weekly, biweekly and monthly newspapers and health insurance for journalists.

Chief Minister Majhi promised to take necessary steps after discussing with departmental officials.

The delegation included senior journalists Pradyumn Kumar Mohanty, Debakant Mahapatra, Ajay Kumar Das, Ashok Kumar Sahu, Madhabanand Behura.
