Bhubaneswar: All educational institutions including government and private schools, colleges and Anganwadi centres will remain closed on Friday in Kalahandi district in view of heavy rain forecast.
The district administration took the decision as a precautionary measure for the safety of students.
The Collector has also directed all administrative officers to remain present in their respective offices to meet any emergency arising out of the adverse weather situation.
