Khordha: A Ferrari car met with an accident on Thursday evening near Nachuni on national highway no. 16. While no casualties have been reported, the car has been badly damaged.
According to reports couple of Ferrari cars from Ganjam on the occasion of Independence Day had come to a resort at Gopalpur on the shore of Chilika Lake. The cars were on their way to Bhubaneswar after leaving the resort when the accident took place.
One of the tyres of a car burst and the vehicle veered off the road before plunging into a roadside ditch adjacent to a field.
Occupants inside the car are said to be safe.
