Bhubaneswar: As per the final electoral roll 2024 published today there are 3, 32, 36,360 voters in Odisha. This was informed by Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) Nikunja Bihari Dhal at a presser here today.
A total of 12, 97,954 new electors have been added to the list in the State during the Special Summary Revision-2024 which includes, 4,76,969 electors in the age group of 18-19 years, Dhal said.
Similarly, a total of 7, 16,807 electors have been deleted from the list during the Special Summary Revision-2024, Dhal added.
Out of the total number of electors in the final Electoral Roll 2024, 1,68,50,949 are male, 1,63,82,031 are female, 3380 are transgender, 7,54,946 (2.27%) are young voters, 4,57,821 are Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) and 6,85,048 (2.06%) are senior citizens (80 years & above), he informed.
Besides, the gender ratio stands at 972 in the Final Roll 2024, he added.
