Bhawanipatna: A major fire broke out near Upper Indravati Water Reservoir’s power station on Thursday night.
The mishap occurred due to a fire in the 400KV transformer in the switchyard, following which the blaze spread.
A team of fire fighting personnel rushed to the spot with fire engines to contain the fire. Till last reports came, the efforts to douse the fire was on.
