Koraput: The district administration has served notices to social activist Mamata Behera and Kamala Pujari’s attendant Rajiv Hial for allegedly forcing the Padma Shri awardee to dance inside the ICU of SCB Medical College and Hospital in Cuttack.
According to reports, the two have been asked by Jeypore Sub Collector to furnish their explanation by September 6.
The Paraja Samaja of the undivided Koraput district expressed strong objection to the incident after a video of the social worker dancing with Pujari went viral. The organisation demanded strong action in this matter.
