Bhubaneswar: In a bizarre incident, a girl was discovered hanging in the capital city of Odisha today.
According to authorities, the girl was discovered hanged in room 205 of a bar lodging facility on the Cuttack-Puri road nearby Laxmisagar Square.
According to other sources, the dead has been identified as Subhalaxmi Sahu of Kuabagh Sahi in the Bhadrak district.
The girl arrived at the lodging facility yesterday around 3.20 am. Laxmisagar police responded to a call and arrived at the scene to start an investigation.
A case has been registered in this connection and the body of the deceased has been sent for autopsy.
