Balasore: Healthcare services at Gopi Kishan Bhatt Community Health Centre in the Jaleswar area of Odisha’s Balasore district have been disrupted as rainwater swept into the hospital building and submerged it partially.
According to reports, rainwater entered the hospital building following incessant heavy overnight rainfall. Currently, ankle-high water is standing in all the departments of the hospital. As a result, the patients have been shifted to the upper floor and another building on the hospital premises.
Despite the efforts of the local municipal body, the rainwater is not draining out of the hospital premises.
