Bhubaneswar: Locals spotted the severed head of a stranger near Panapna on National Highway No. 16 under Khantapada police limits in Odisha’s Balasore district on Tuesday morning. As the severed head was partially burnt there was panic in the area.
Local people were scared when they spotted the half-burnt severed head of a stranger and reported it to the Khantapada police. Later, the police arrived at the scene and seized the severed head and started an investigation into the matter.
