Bhubaneswar: Heat wave conditions are likely to prevail over some districts of Odisha till March 18, predicted the India Meteorological Department (IMD) on Thursday.
As per the latest weather bulletin, heat wave condition is very likely to prevail at one or two places over the districts of Sambalpur, Jharsuguda, Sonepur, Boudh, Bolangir, Angul, and Nayagarh today.
Similar conditions are to prevail at one or two places over the districts of Sonepur, Boudh, Bolangir, Angul, and Sambalpur on March 18 (Friday).
The IMD has advised taking precautionary measures for hot weather while going outside during noontime in the above-mentioned areas.
