Bhubaneswar: The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted thunderstorm with rainfall in several districts of Odisha today.
According to the IMD, districts in northern Odisha, including Mayurbhanj, Keonjhar, Sundargarh, Jharsuguda, Bargarh, Sambalpur, and Deogarh, are expected to experience thunderstorm activity with rainfall. Similarly, coastal districts such as Balasore, Bhadrak, Jajpur, Kendrapara, Cuttack, Jagatsinghpur, Puri, Khordha, Nayagarh, Ganjam, and Gajapati are also likely to be affected.
The IMD has also predicted light to moderate rainfall in various parts of coastal and northern Odisha on September 17.
