IMD Predicts Light To Moderate Rainfall In Odisha Over Next Two Days

Bhubaneswar: The regional center of the India Meteorological Department (IMD) in Bhubaneswar on Thursday predicted light to moderate rainfall in several districts of Odisha over the next two days.

According to the IMD prediction, light to moderate rainfall is expected in parts of Koraput, Kalahandi, Nabarangpur, Rayagada, Kandhamal, and Malkangiri districts within the next 24 hours.

On Sunday, similar weather conditions are likely in Sundargarh, Deogarh, Sambalpur, Jharsuguda, Bargarh, Angul, and Gajapati districts.

For Monday, the IMD predicts light showers in Gajapati, Nayagarh, and Ganjam districts.

However, the weather is expected to remain mostly dry on Friday, Saturday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.

The IMD has also stated that no weather warnings have been issued for the next five days.
