Bhubaneswar: Thunderstorm with lightning is very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of Keonjhar, Mayurbhanj, Angul, Dhenkanal, Jajpur, Bhadrak, Balasore, Koraput, Rayagada, Nawarangpur, and Gajapati over the next 24 hours, according to the India Meteorological Department (IMD).
The weather agency has issued a yellow warning for these districts.
Further, light to moderate rain or thunderstorm is very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of Sundargarh, Deogarh, Keonjhar, Mayurbhanj, Angul, Dhenkanal, Jajpur, Bhadrak, Balasore, Malkangiri, Koraput, Rayagada, Nawarangpur, Gajapati, Ganjam, Kandhamal, and dry weather very likely to prevail over the rest districts of Odisha over the next 24 hours, the IMD said.
