Bhubaneswar: Light to moderate rain or thundershower is very likely to occur at many places over the districts of South Interior Odisha, Gajapati, Ganjam and at a few places over the rest districts of Odisha during the next 24 hours, according to the latest weather bulletin issued by the India Meteorological Department (IMD).
Besides, the IMD has warned that thunderstorm with lightning is very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of Sundargarh, Keonjhar, Mayurbhanj, Jajpur, Bhadrak, Balasore, Kendrapara, Malkangiri, Koraput, Rayagada, Nawarangapur, Kalahandi, Kandhamal, Gajapati, and Ganjam during the next 24 hours. It has issued a ‘Yellow Warning’ for these districts.
In its forecast for the State Capital Bhubaneswar and its neighbourhood for the next 24 hours, the weather agency has said that the sky would remain partly cloudy with the possibility of moderate rain or thunderstorm.
