IPS Officer YB Khurania Repatriated To Odisha

Bhubaneswar: The Centre today approved the repatriation of senior IPS officer YB Khurania to Odisha from the central deputation.

The Odisha cadre officer of 1990 batch, who is now posted as Special DG, BSF HQs, New Delhi, got the approval of the Centre to return to home State.

The Ministry of Home Affairs approved his repatriation to Odisha with immediate effect.  The Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pension issued a notification in this regard.

“The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the proposal of the Ministry of Home Affairs of premature repatriation of YB Khurania, IPS (OD90), Special DG, BSF to his parent cadre with immediate effect,” the notification read.

He had also served as southern range & northern range DIG and twin city (Bhubaneswar-Cuttack) Commissioner of Police.
