Jeypore Students Make Clay Lamps

Koraput (Jeypore): With Diwali just around the corner, students of the Eco Club at City High School, Jeypore, took an eco-friendly initiative by crafting traditional clay lamps to promote environmental awareness.

In an event organised by Eco Club teacher Pratap Pattnayak and City English Medium School principal Sudhakar Patnaik, students pledged to celebrate Diwali by lighting these clay lamps at their homes, thereby avoiding noise and air pollution commonly associated with the festival.
