Bhubaneswar: Justice Bibhu Prasad Routray, Judge of Orissa High Court, has been nominated as the Executive Chairman of the Odisha State Legal Services Authority (OSLSA).
The appointment comes following the transfer of Justice Manash Ranjan Pathak, who was serving as Executive Chairman of OSLSA, as Judge of Gujarat High Court.
In exercise of powers conferred under clause (b) of sub-section (2) of Section 6 of the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987, the Governor of Odisha, in consultation with the Chief Justice of Orissa High Court, has nominated Justice Routray as Executive Chairman with immediate effect.
