Bhubaneswar: Renowned sand artist Sudarsan Pattnaik created a stunning sand sculpture to mark cricket star Virat Kohli’s 36th birthday on Tuesday on Puri Beach.
Pattnaik shared a video of his artwork on the social media platform ‘X,’ featuring a 5-foot-high sculpture of Kohli.
Pattnaik came up the Virat Kohli’s sculpture using approximately 4 tons of sand. The artwork beautifully depicts Kohli holding a bat, with a heartfelt message that reads, “Happy birthday to the incredible cricket icon @imVkohli, a legend in every format of the game. My SandArt at Puri beach in Odisha. #HappyBirthdayViratKohli.”
