Bhubaneswar: The India Meteorological Department (IMD) on Sunday issued a nowcast warning, predicting light rain and thunderstorms at one or two places across four districts of Odisha during the next three hours.
As per the IMD bulletin issued at 7:00 pm, light rain and thunderstorms are very likely to occur at isolated places in Dhenkanal, Bhadrak, Kataka, and Khordha districts during the period.
The weather agency advised people to remain alert and closely monitor weather updates. It also urged residents to plan their activities accordingly and take necessary precautions in view of possible worsening weather conditions.
