Bhubaneswar: The regional center of the India Meteorological Department (IMD) in Bhubaneswar has issued a yellow warning for light to moderate rain/thundershowers accompanied by lightning in five districts of Odisha by 2.00 pm on Monday.
The districts to be affected include Bhadrak, Jajpur, Dhenkanal, Keonjhar, and Ganjam.
People in these areas have been advised to keep a watch on the weather and accordingly move to safer places to protect from lightning strikes.
