Bhubaneswar: A Low Pressure Area lies over Central parts of South Bay of Bengal and adjoining Equatorial Indian Ocean but it will have no impact over Odisha, stated the India Meteorological Department (IMD) on Wednesday.
The system is likely to become well-marked Low Pressure Area during the next 24 hours and concentrate into a depression during the subsequent 24 hours. It is very likely to move west-northwestwards towards Sri Lanka coast during the next 24 hours and towards Tamil Nadu Coast during the subsequent 24 hours.
Dry weather is very likely to prevail over the districts of Odisha for the next five days. There will be no large change both in maximum and minimum temperature during the next 4-5 days over the districts of Odisha.
