Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi will visit Nuapada district on Thursday for an intensive election campaign. As part of his schedule, the Chief Minister will hold a grand roadshow in Komna at 11:30 AM in support of BJP candidate Jay Dholakia.
Adding to the momentum, Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai will also campaign in Nuapada, where he is slated to address a massive public meeting in Panchampur.
It may be recalled that Majhi had earlier participated in the Vijay Sankalp Samavesh on October 16, during which he took a sharp dig at the previous BJD government without naming former Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik.
With both Majhi and Vishnu Deo Sai set to campaign in the region, Nuapada is expected to witness a charged political atmosphere as the by-election battle intensifies.
