Cuttack: Salipur police in Cuttack district arrested a man on Saturday for allegedly manufacturing firecrackers illegally at his residence in Bodamundai village.
During the raid, police seized firecrackers valued at over Rs 1 lakh, along with gunpowder and other materials used in firecracker production.
The accused has been identified as Gangadhar Behera.
