Masked Miscreants Loot Rs 2 Lakh From Petrol Pump Staff In Sundargarh

Sundargarh: Three bike-borne masked miscreants on Thursday allegedly looted Rs 2 lakh at knifepoint from a petrol pump employee on Jampalli bypass road under Rajgangpur police limits in Sundargarh district.

The miscreants allegedly attacked Anil Kumar Tiwari an employee of Ray Filling Station with a knife before departing with the cash bag.

Injured Tiwari has been shifted to IGH at Rourkela for treatment.

The incident occurred while Tiwari was on his way to the bank on a motorcycle to deposit the cash at around 11.00 AM today.

Rajgangpur police have started an investigation into the incident.
