Bhubaneswar: A shocking robbery incident has rocked Golara village in Puri’s Kanasa area, where unidentified miscreants broke into a house late night, attacking a woman and looting cash and gold ornaments.
According to reports, the incident occurred when three masked robbers forced their way into the house, assaulting the woman and looting valuables. The thieves got away with approximately Rs 3 lakh cash and gold jewellery, leaving the family shaken.
The robbers’ use of masks has made it challenging to identify them. Meanwhile, Gadishagada police officials swiftly responded to the scene, cordoning off the area and launching an investigation.
Police are meticulously examining the crime scene, gathering evidence, and questioning locals to piece together the events.
