Malkangiri: Vigilance sleuths caught a court clerk in Malkangiri district while taking a bribe of Rs 50,000.The accused has been identified as Achyuta Pradhan, clerk of Mathili JMFC court.
According to vigilance, Pradhan used to call people to his home and demand bribe to help in settling cases.
He was apprehended by Vigilance officials while taking Rs 50,000 bribe from a person. Following this, raids are underway at his houses in Jayapur and Malkangiri.
