Bhubaneswar: Six persons have been held in connection with the gang rape of a minor girl inside a dhaba along National Highway 53 in Gosala area under Burla in Sambalpur district.
The accused persons include the dhaba owner, a woman, and four perpetrators of the crime.
Reportedly, the woman had waylaid the minor girl to the dhaba where the latter was raped. Burla Police had conducted a raid on the dhaba on Saturday night and rescued the girl.
A case in this regard has been registered at Burla Police Station. The medical examination of the minor girl has also been conducted.
