Balasore: Miscreants late on Sunday night looted over Rs 26 lakh from an ATM of the SBI at Bahanaga Bazar under Soro police limits in Balasore district.
According to reports, the miscreants looted the ATM by using a gas cutter, the video footage of which has been recorded on CCTV. Two miscreants are seen in the video footage cutting the ATM using a gas cutter.
The miscreants pulled down the rolling shutter of the ATM before decamping with the booty.
On learning about the loot the owner of the building informed the police.
Soro police have launched an investigation into the incident with the help of a scientific team.
