Missing Youth’s Body Found In River In Bhadrak

Bhubaneswar: A youth, who had been missing for two days, was found dead in the Reba River near Ganesh Patna village under Dhusuri police limits in Bhadrak district on Monday.

The deceased has been identified as Bairagi Mallick, the son of Raghunath Mallick, a resident of Kasimpur Panchayat in Bhadrak district.

According to reports, Bairagi had been missing for the past two days. His body was discovered floating near Kashipur village by locals.

Upon identifying the body, villagers alerted the Dhusuri police. The police reached the spot, recovered the body and sent it for post-mortem.

An investigation has been initiated to determine the cause of death.
