Bhubaneswar: It is unfortunate for a huge democracy like India that most of the national parties have been reduced to regional parties, said the National President of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Jagat Prakash Nadda, while addressing a mass gathering at Bhubaneswar in Odisha on Thursday.
Nadda is on a two-day visit to the state. On the first day of his visit, he attended a public meeting of booth-level workers at Janata Maidan in Bhubaneswar. He began his speech by remembering the freedom fighters of Odisha.
During his address, Nadda asserted that The BJP is the world’s largest party with an ideology. It is a national party with regional aspirations. It is a cadre-based party with a mass following and has governance in maximum states.
Nadda listed out the steps taken by the Narendra Modi government for the development of the nation and how the BJP has worked to bring the benefits of various schemes to Odisha.
