Five women and six children have been included among the sick. All of them are undergoing treatment at Bhanjanagar Hospital.

According to sources, the group prepared a mushroom curry using wild mushrooms they had collected from a nearby forest. However, shortly after consuming the dish, they began to experience severe symptoms, including vomiting and lightheadedness.
