Bhubaneswar: The Biju Janata Dal (BJD) president and Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Saturday announced the sixth list of party candidates for the Assembly elections in Odisha.
Patnaik announced the names of candidates through a video message today.
Ollywood actress Varsha Priyadarshini, who joined the regional party three days ago, got the party ticket to contest from Barchana Assembly segment.
Ganeswar Behera, who recently joined the BJD after resigning from Congress, will contest from Kendrapara Assembly seat.
