Bhubaneswar: Odisha Law Minister Prithiviraj Harichandan on Monday said that persons found leaking sensitive information to operatives in Pakistan will face strict legal action.

His remarks come amid an ongoing controversy involving Odia YouTuber Prikyana Senapati’s alleged links to Jyoti Malhotra, a fellow content creator recently arrested on charges of espionage.

“This is a very sensitive issue. The National Investigation Agency (NIA) is conducting the probe in a thorough and professional manner. Anyone found connected to this network will face investigation. Strict action will be taken against those involved—whether they are directly engaged in espionage or assisting such activities in any form. No one will be spared,” Harichandan told reporters.

The minister’s statement follows heightened scrutiny over the alleged links between Senapati and Malhotra, who is accused of leaking classified information to Pakistani operatives.

In a recent development, Priyanka Senapati has locked her Instagram account as the controversy gains traction.

On Sunday, she posted a message on the platform stating, “My country comes first,” while denying any involvement in espionage. She clarified that she knew Jyoti Malhotra only as a fellow blogger and expressed her willingness to cooperate fully with the investigation.
