Bhubaneswar: The Odisha government on Thursday effected a minor reshuffle in the Odisha Administrative Service (OES) cadre.
As per a notification issued by the General Administration & Public Grievance Department, four senior officers have been given new postings. Gitanjali Nayak, Additional Secretary to Odisha government in Panchayati Raj & Drinking Water Department, has been posted as Additional Secretary to the government in Electronics & Information Technology Department.
Nibedita Biswal, Additional Secretary in Labour & Employees’ State Insurance Department, who was under orders of transfer as Registrar of Fakir Mohan University, Baleshwar, has now been posted as Additional Secretary to government in the Panchayati Raj & Drinking Water Department.
The GA Department has also cancelled its earlier notification No. 16732/SCS dated May 27, 2026 regarding Biswal’s posting as Registrar, FM University.
Trilochan Mohanty, Joint Secretary to the Chief Minister has been transferred and posted as Joint Director of Revenue Officers’ Training Institute (ROTI), Bhubaneswar.
Kukumina Das, former Registrar of Fakir Mohan University, Baleshwar, who was recently posted in the General Administration and Public Grievance Department, has been appointed as Project Director, Rehabilitation & Resettlement (R&R), Subarnarekha Irrigation Project, Baripada.
