Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC) on Tuesday released the much-awaited recommendation list for the Odisha Civil Services Examination-2024, selecting 200 candidates (including 78 women) for appointment to various administrative posts in the state government.
According to the official notice issued on Tuesday, the Commission has recommended the candidates in order of merit based on their performance in the Main Written Examination, held from January 31 to February 10, 2026, and the subsequent Personality Test conducted between May 14 and May 20, 2026.

The Commission has advised all selected candidates to regularly visit the official website opsc.gov.in for further updates. The candidature remains provisional and is subject to verification of certificates, educational qualifications, category claims, and medical fitness.
In its notice, OPSC also cautioned that any discrepancy found regarding the number of attempts declared by candidates could lead to withdrawal of their recommendation.
This recruitment drive, notified under Advertisement No. 07 of 2024-25, is expected to strengthen the state’s administrative cadre with fresh talent.
