Odisha CM Congratulates Manmohan Samal, Sujeet Kumar & Dilip Ray On Rajya Sabha Win

Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi on Monday extended his heartfelt congratulations to the party’s State President Manmohan Samal, senior leader Sujeet Kumar, and party-backed Independent candidate Dilip Ray on their election to the Rajya Sabha.

Taking to social media platform X, the Chief Minister described their victory as an important milestone in the collective resolve to build a “Samruddha Odisha.” He expressed confidence that their presence in the Upper House of Parliament would further strengthen the state’s voice at the national level.

Majhi said the newly elected members would work towards safeguarding the interests of Odisha while contributing to the state’s development and public service.

Referring to the vision of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the Chief Minister said the leaders would be guided by the principle of “Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas” in discharging their future responsibilities.

He also offered prayers to Lord Jagannath for their success and wished them a productive tenure in the Upper House.
