Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has inaugurated a photo exhibition on Father of the Nation Mahatma Gandhi and Odisha, the role of Odisha in the freedom struggle and freedom fighters of Odisha on the occasion of 76th Independence Day on Monday.
The photo exhibition has been organised by the Information & Public Relations Department in collaboration with Khadi & Village Industries Board.
The exhibition which will be held till August 19 will remain open to the public from 11 AM till 8 PM, said an official press release.
Several rare pictures of the freedom struggle and articles used by Gandhiji brought from Utkal Gandhi Smarak Nidhi are on display at the exhibition.
