Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi, his deputies Kanak Vardhan Singh Deo and Pravati Parida, and BJD chief and LoP Naveen Patnaik extended their wishes to the people on the occasion of the Krishna Janmashtami festival on Monday.
Taking to his X (formerly Twitter) handle, Majhi wrote, “Heartiest wishes and congratulations to all on the auspicious occasion of Holy Janmashtami. May everyone’s life be filled with happiness and prosperity by Lord Srikrishna’s immense mercy, I pray.”
Deputy Chief Minister KV Singh Deo wrote, “On this auspicious occasion of Janmashtami, I extend my heartfelt wishes to everyone. May the divine blessings of Lord Shri Krishna guide us towards a path of righteousness and fill our lives with peace and prosperity. Let us celebrate this day with devotion and love, embracing the teachings of Lord Krishna in our hearts.”
Deputy Chief Minister Pravati Parida also wished the people on the occasion. She wrote on her X handle, “Heartiest greetings and congratulations to all on the occasion of the holy Shrikrishna Janmashtami. With the blessings of Lord Shrikrishna, may everyone’s life be happy, that much is my prayer.”
Leader of the Opposition in the Odisha Assembly, Naveen Patnaik wrote, “Heartiest wishes and congratulations on the holy birthday. May the grace and blessings of Lord Shrikrishna fill your life with happiness and prosperity.”
