Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik is to ring the opening bell of the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) during his three-day visit to Mumbai from Tuesday. He is scheduled to attend an investors’ meet on September 14.
Major industrialists from diverse sectors have been invited to this investors’ meeting. As part of the ‘Make in Odisha’ curtain raiser, the Chief Minister will meet industry leaders and business tycoons to bring investments into the State.
As per schedule, the Chief Minister will arrive in Mumbai on September 13. After the one-to-one meeting with industry leaders at The Oberoi between 11 am and 1.30 pm the next day, he is slated to meet Chairman of Aditya Birla Group Kumar Mangalam Birla, Chairman of Vedanta Resources Ltd Anil Agarwal, and Mahindra Group Chairman Anand Mahindra.
The investors’ meet will be held at Hotel Trident. Naveen is also scheduled to visit BSE at Dalal Street and attend the ceremony to ring the auspicious opening bell between 9 am and 9.30 am.
