Odisha Deputy CM Pravati Parida’s Mother Passes Away At 89

Bhubaneswar: Deputy Chief Minister Pravati Parida’s mother, Lobhabati Parida, passed away on Wednesday night at a private hospital in Cuttack while undergoing treatment. She was 89.

Lobhabati, a resident of Nuahaat Nibharana in Puri district, is survived by her five children, with Pravati being her third child.

According to reports, Lobhabati had been unwell for the past few days. Upon learning of her mother’s demise, Pravati immediately left for her village to pay her last respects and attend the last rites, which will be performed in Nuahaat Nibharana village today.

Lobhabati Parida was not only a loving mother but also a dedicated social worker who profoundly impacted her community. Throughout her life, she worked tirelessly to improve the lives of those around her, earning her great respect and admiration.

The entire village mourned Lobhabati’s death, remembering her fondly.
