Bhubaneswar: Former Odisha Chief Secretary Sudhanshu Mohan Patnaik passed away due to cardio-respiratory failure at his Bhubaneswar on Sunday. He was 83.
Patnaik served as the Chief Secretary of Odisha from March 8, 2000, to October 31, 2000. He was also the first member of the State Human Rights Commission.
Patnaik also held the posts of Chairman of Staff Selection and Agriculture Commission.
