Bhubaneswar: The Odisha government on Thursday effected a reshuffle in the senior IAS cadre.
As per a notification issued by the General Administration and Public Grievance Department on November 5, Bishnupada Sethi, IAS (RR-1995), Chairman of Odisha Forest Development Corporation with additional charge of Chief Administrator, KBK, has been appointed as Officer on Special Duty in the General Administration and Public Grievance Department.
Girish S.N., IAS (RR-2002), who was serving as Commissioner-cum-Secretary to Government in the Panchayati Raj and Drinking Water Department, has been appointed as Commissioner-cum-Secretary to Government, Health and Family Welfare Department.
Similarly, Aswathy S., IAS (RR-2003), Commissioner-cum-Secretary, Health and Family Welfare Department with additional charge of Chief Executive Officer, State Institute for Transformative Initiatives, Odisha (SITI-Odisha), has been appointed as Special Secretary to Government, Finance Department.
She has been allowed to remain in additional charge of CEO, SITI-Odisha.
On return from Central Deputation, Roopa Mishra, IAS (RR-2004) has been appointed as Commissioner-cum-Secretary to Government, Panchayati Raj and Drinking Water Department.
The order was issued by the order of the Governor.
