Bhubaneswar: The General Administration & Public Grievances Department of Odisha has directed all government employees to submit their annual property statements for the year 2024. A circular has been issued to all government departments, heads of departments, Revenue Divisional Commissioners (RDCs), and Collectors & District Magistrates, emphasizing compliance with the mandate.

As per the Odisha Government Servants Conduct (Amendment) Rules, 2021, all government servants from Group A to Group D are required to declare their complete and accurate assets, including movable and immovable properties, along with their values as of January 1 each year. The declarations must be submitted online via the HRMS Portal by January 31 of the following year.

The circular states that the up-to-date filing of property statements is mandatory for consideration for promotion. For the year 2024, employees are required to submit their property details through the HRMS Portal by January 31, 2025. Submissions in hard copy will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Departmental heads have been instructed to ensure that all employees under their jurisdiction are sensitized and adhere to this timeline.
