Bhubaneswar: The state Cabinet has approved the transfer of post-allotment activities of land allotted to eligible occupants of Labour tenements under the Low Income Group Housing Scheme to the General Administration and Public Grievances (GA & PG) Department.
The Housing and Urban Development (H & UD) Department has been directed to transfer all lease records to the GA & PG Department, enabling them to take up post-allotment activities. This decision aims to streamline the process and ensure efficient management of the tenements.
