Bhubaneswar: A total of 3,407 candidates are in the fray for the posts of Zilla Parishad Member from 852 Zilla Parishad Zones for which polling will be held next month.
According to information shared by the State Election Commission (SEC), the BJD has fielded 851 candidates, BJP 848, INC 836, BSP 159, CPI 38, CPI(M) 72, AAP 32, AJSU 12, JMM 47, Others 214, Independent 298.
